a couple simple rules before we get to the fun 'banners and forms' bit (if you can call that fun).
1. please either be a new site or an active site.
2. our banner must be up within 24 hours of you posting an affiliate request
3. put our banner where you want us to put yours! that means if you want a static spot, our banner must be up on your static affiliates.
4. fill out the form as completely as possible.
5. post your form in a new thread. this one is just so you have the form and for the rules.
6. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BANNER IS 88 x 31.
