It was so weird to be away from Spain, and without her mother. She still knew nothing of her father, she still could not find a book that tells her anything that she wants to know about him. The girl though, well she was a demigod. She was the daughter of Elena Ramirez and Hades. She is starting to think that she will have nothing to do with her father at all, for he does not seem to want to have anything to do with her. Her brown hair was pulled back into a hair tie today, for she had just come from the academy's library. She had been looking up the Greek mythology books to see what she could find.
Her mind could not comprehend the English for so long, so she had to check the book out and leave the library. Now she was carrying the book to the lake where it was quiet and lonesome. Her arms were starting to get tired so she put the book in the grass and she sat down. She knew that it was sad if a book was able to get her arms tired, but there was nothing that she could do about it.
She was laying down now, but she was scared to close her eyes. Any time she does close her eyes, her mother comes back and haunts her in her dreams. The nightmares, she can not get rid of at all, and she hates it. She hopes that her doctor sends her the medications he was checking out, but she doubts it since no one really knows where this academy was.
Out of all her thinking, her eyes fell shut, and she started to dream Her mind went to the same nightmare she had any other time and she woke up screaming and sweating. She looks toward the forest and sees the form of her mother standing there. Her mothers eyes pretty much just asked, "WHY?", and she did not have an answer for her poor mother. She sat up right and she looked out at the water. These were the moments she wished she had someone to talk to, but no one seemed to know much Spanish and she can't speak English or Russian.
As she relaxed, a song she loved seemed to pop into her mind. And she decided to sing it aloud. It wasnt like anyone was around right?
At the end of the song, she smiled to herself and she laid back and looked at the sky. Her eyes never closed for in her mind, she was running through all of her favorite songs, deciding which ones she should sing and which ones were worthless to her now.
