She looks kind, but she really is not. She can be kind, but she has multiple personalities really. She is bipolar, and she does not take her medication for it. She chooses not too for they block out her powers for some reason. She can be nice though, she is just a bit shy for she does not know a lot of English, and she is still trying to learn it, and Russian so she can fit in at the academy. Her mother used to tell her that she is just like her father, Hades. She did not like to believe it, but then it dawned on her after her mother’s death, that she is like her father. She will always be found practicing her skills, and other languages, but you will have a hard time trying to gain her friendship. She doe not just hadn it out, you have to earn it, and it takes a long while.

Rose always wears either white or black. She will almost never see her in something different. Her hair is dark brown and long and wavy. When she is getting ready for a special occasion, she either puts her hair up in a bun, or adds more curls to it. On those occasions, she will wear a yellow dress that was her mothers favorite color. Her eyes are brown and the regular shape for anyone in the world. Her weight is one hundred and twenty-nine pounds which is good for a five foot five inches seventeen year old girl. Rosalind Elena Julia Ramirez was born in Barcelona, Spain. Her mother, Elena Ramirez, loved her a lot and took care of her. Her father, the Greek god Hades, was never in her life, so she does not know him at all. Her mother took her everywhere in Spain though, so she knows Spanish very well. But she does not understand English at all, for she was never taken out of Spain. The parts of Spain where her mother took her, never spoke English, so she could never learn it by ear. Her mother died when she was twelve and she was at fault for it.

Rose and her mother were in their living room talking about a trip to America, and her mother kept saying no. She asked why, and her mother did not give her an answer. After that, Rose ran to her room and she was mad. She wished that her mother would die, and next thing she knew, she heard a scream from her mother. She ran down the stairs and to the living room and found her mom surrounded by the dead creatures that she first met when she was eleven. She cried and she went to her mother.

Her mother then told her that her father was Hades, and that was why she could see the shadows and create the fissures she made when mad. her mother gave her a slip of paper with an address on it. She told Rose to go there and to take the money that they had in the kitchen. Her mother did not believe in the banks, so all the money they kept, was in the kitchen.

She left her mother on the floor and she packed a bag and she went to the airport. She bought a ticket for Russia, and she knew that her mother was sending her somewhere where she would be safe. She hoped her mother had been right. When she got to Russia, she showed a person the address and they took her to the Academy. She has now been living at Midnight Academy for five years, and she still mourns her mothers death.
